I required 4 x 35mm thick FD30 white shaker doors and saw them on the website and even paid extra for what I believed involved a more denser core due to the thinner profile. My invoice stated 35mm thickness but 44mm doors were delivered which unfortunately wasn't picked up on at the time. It was only when a week ot two later that the doors were being sorted prior to fitting that the error was spotted. On phoning Topdoorsdirect I was told that they don't make 35mm doors and that it was an unfortunate error on their website. The doors now need to be returned and a full refund made while I scramble to get 35mm doors delivered in time for the pre-arranged joiners to be able to fit them.
This is a really solid, high-quality door. It looks fantastic in our bedroom, very modern and stylish. The pre-finished aspect is a real time-saver.
The Mirage door is absolutely beautiful. The grain of the oak is stunning and the pre-finished surface is perfect. It was a seamless process from start to finish, and the door was delivered with care. I couldn't be happier.
